300 Species offers free standard delivery worldwide on all orders above £175, Euro 215 and A$ 350. This value is deemed to be the final amount at the checkout, after any discounts have been applied.

Delivery Information

300 Species delivers worldwide using both standard and express methods. Options will be provided at checkout.  All orders received before 14.00GMT will be dispatched the same business day.

All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for. For this reason we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

You will be notified by email with your Order Confirmation. This will contain all necessary tracking details, depending on delivery method selected.

If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery enters the country or reaches the delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and valid delivery address. Neither 300 Species nor the delivery company will be deemed liable for failure to deliver the order should the delivery detail be invalid. If a redelivery is incurred as a result of this, all costs will be payable by the customer.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Goods will be delivered directly to the customer. It is your responsibility to check the delivered goods and then sign the delivery slip. This confirms acceptance of the order and assumes fulfilment is complete.

If you are not at the delivery address and unable to sign for the goods, a card will be left with details of redelivery and/or collection. It is the responsibility of the customer to make further delivery arrangements.

All goods leave our facility in perfect condition. If upon delivery the condition of the packaging or the goods is incomplete in any way, you should not sign for the good and notify us immediately.
