Items which have been purchased on sale or which are discounted are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

300 Species takes great pride in producing only the finest quality products for you to enjoy. On the rare occasion you are not happy with your order we want to know about it at 300 Species HQ, and will be happy to exchange or offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return the following must apply-

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of date of receipt;
  • Goods must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition;
  • Goods must not have been acquired in a sale or discounted;
  • All tags must be intact; and
  • The original box must be used for the return.

We reserve the right to reject a return if the above conditions have not been satisfied

Returns (not acquired on sale or discounted) within the United Kingdom are free of charge. All other returns are at the cost of the customer. All returns remain the responsibility of the customer until we take receipt of them at our warehouse. For this reason we recommend a trackable postage method, and suggest you retain proof of postage.

For International returns, please ensure that the parcel is clearly marked as RETURNED GOODS for the purposes of customs.

We will only refund the original cost of postage if the returned goods are deemed to be faulty or if the order received was incorrect to the Order Confirmation.

Exchanges are subject to availability. Exchanges only apply for the same style item in a different size. If you wish to exchange for a different style, please follow the returns process above for a refund and place a new order.

At 300 Species HQ we are ahead of the game as we are based in Australia! We shall endeavour to deal with any returns requests as fast as possible. There may be a delay in response of 24hrs as when most of the world is awake we are sleeping.
